Independent Consultant – “Papparoti” A coffee shop brand from MalaysiaPartnered with the Area Representative/Master Franchisee of “Papparoti” to develop the Africa continent. Identified, screened and vetted franchisees in South Africa, Kenya and Nigeria. Appointed one franchisee in each of the said territories, supported them by conducting feasibility study along with demographic research and identified store locations for successful launch of the coffee shop.Brand Design brief was provided to the design companies, followed by coordinating with the appointed contractors to follow the guidelines as per the approvals from the corporate HQ in Malaysia. Staff recruitment and operational training were imparted to the franchisees on site. Pre and post opening.The Vintage Room – Indo Italian Restaurant Conceptualized, Developed and launched a home-grown Indo Italian Restaurant in Dubai, UAE for an Investor. Provided a turnkey project along with menu development and recipes. manpower recruitment and operational training was part of the project.Developed employee handbook and SOP’s for the smooth operations of the restaurant.Front and back of the house guidelines were set for smooth flow of dinning experience.

I was contracted to launch and introduce an Italian Patented footwear - FARADA in the local market.My contract included creating a brand identity and awareness for the new business product - one that could be uniquely identified by consumers. I was instrumental in opening the Group's first footwear retail outlet in a leading mall in the United Arab Emirates.In addition to launching Farada, I took the responsibility of reengineering the group’s corporate structure. This included identifying & recruiting key personnel and leading management training sessions.
