My role dealt with planning, designing and implementation for Cognizant Video Infrastructure.As part of service team, we work primarily on the configuration, maintenance and upgrade video infrastructure devices on a regular interval as per the recommendation from Cisco. We also handle client calls for the B2B Connectivity - Building Communication within the enterprise and external communication say B2B and mobile worker is the key role.Major achievement on this project includes the implementation of the Video Communication server - High availability implementation of Controller and Expressway and the maintenance of Show and share which is a live streaming and video on demand product within cognizant.Responsibilities in this project includes fault management, Alarm notification, Capacity management, Backup and inventory management, report management of all video infrastructure devices. Other responsibilities includes defining the routing decision and trunk configuration in Video communication server, configuration of the clustering in Multi conference unit, scheduling and monitoring Multi conference calls using MCU and PEXIP, Configuration and maintenance of Cisco immersive Telepresence - T3 and Cisco Telepresence 8710 and 8000 Chassis.
