I am a senior technologist in the Jacobs Los Angeles office. I have more than 20 years of experience in stormwater management, water quality assessments, watershed management and planning, and asset management. For the last 18 years at Jacobs (formerly CH2M HILL), I have led coordinated, and worked as a technical lead on various water-related projects and served as project manager, technologist, task manager, and senior technical reviewer. As a project leader, I have proven success and experience with the following projects: Served as the Project Manager for the Phase 2 White Paper “Tapping Available Capacity in Existing Infrastructure to Create Water Supply and Water Quality Benefits” for 13 stakeholders in LA County Serving as a Deputy PM for the Phase 3 of the Project for 11 stakeholders in LA County Led the development of the Green Infrastructure Academy Program for the City of LA in collaboration with LA Trade Tech College Led the urban water management plans for various clients in California Led the Microbial Source Tracking Studies for various watersheds Led the hydrogeologic modeling and the project entitlement acquisition plan for the Regional Brackish Water Reclamation Program Feasibility Study  Served as a Project Technologist for the Groundwater Basins Master Plan Served as a Project Technologist for the One Water LA 2040 Plan, City of LA Served as a Project Technologist for the Imperial Kearl Operational Closure Plan Served as the Assistant PM for the City of LA $6.5 million, 5-year contract to support the stormwater quality, total maximum daily load compliance program I remain focused not only on developing solutions based on sound science but also meeting the client’s needs and intended goals.
