- Founded a digital media production house with over 150+ projects and 20+ clients across India and the Americas. - Conceptualised, directed and produced films and other campaign related digital content for a wide spectrum of clients across the globe, ranging from early stage startups to large corporations and foundations. Clients include Government of Karnataka, Azim Premji Philanthropic Initiatives, TRIF (Tata Trusts), Wipro, CredAvenue, Cuspera Inc etc.- Handled production planning, budgeting, scheduling and review along with managing expectations and timelines. - Worked with numerous SMEs to strategise and craft business narratives and visual assets to engage audiences in line with business goals -- from funding pitches to recruitment and perception campaigns- Pioneered the idea of podcasts for community engagement with the Azim Premji Foundation Podcast - Nakshatragalu in 2019 to engage the community of government school teachers in Karnataka. Have since been the executive producer for the ReadyToWork podcast which was rated among the top 10 podcasts under careers in India during its first season. - Worked closely with the founding team of Enimorro Inc. to develop strategic communication for fundraising. Crafted the value proposition story and with my team, created the pitch video that helped Enimorro raise $2 million in Initial funding.- Consulted with Innovation Scale up Advisors Pvt. Ltd as their domain specialist for media and communication projects to evaluate client’s portfolio company product (Baldota). - Worked with the founder of a Canadian health-tech startup to develop a product MVP from scratch - including brand identity, product wireframes, product story and video. (Cureta)- Designed and Deployed an online video based instructional course in partnership with Government of Karnataka in record time to teach government school teachers 'diy video creation' when the pandemic hit in 2020.

- Researched and directed the Good Schools films series for instruction and discussion by visiting & engaging with 150+ Schools across 8 states in India. The series is used across the country today to conduct workshops and foster discussion among government school teachers. - Worked on the campaign to improve the narrative around India's public education system by authentically portraying its challenges, triumphs & complexities.- Worked on leadership messaging for employee and stakeholder engagement and alignment. - Created Digital Content for recruitment campaigns for lateral hiring as well as fellowship and associate programs of the foundation.- Designed and Conducted digital storytelling workshops across various field institutes and pioneered the idea of user generated digital content.

- Immersed in the education sector by interviewing educationists at the Wipro Applying Thought in Schools (WATIS) Forums. - Made films for partner organisations of WATIS to engage their audiences and spread awareness. - Made a film to tell the story of a partner organization that was trying to raise funds to prevent closure of their school. In a few months, they reached their target of raising close to INR 1 Crore of funds.
