In my current role as a Design Engineer, I specialize in creating casting and sheet metal components for rail systems, utilizing Creo Parametric and Windchill for product management and technical documentation. I also manage the construction of welded assemblies and ensure precise dimensioning for critical systems.I am an expert in mechanical fixture design and have significant experience designing hydraulic braking systems for formula cars. My hands-on expertise in CAD tools like Creo 7.0 and SolidWorks complements my technical skills in GD&T, Stack Up analysis, and O-ring design and calculations, making me well-versed in precision engineering.Previously, as an Automation Test Engineer, I played a key role in developing automated testing procedures for truck pneumatic brake valves, ensuring high-quality standards before customer dispatch. My work involved designing mechanical fixtures, creating program logic using ADG software, and performing MSA (Measurement System Analysis) for comprehensive product testing.Throughout my journey, I’ve leveraged my technical expertise in mechanical design, automation, and research and development to drive innovation and deliver reliable engineering solutions.
