Driver recruitment & training along with driver performance monitoring. Focusing on implementation and enforcement of Safety & compliance procedures. Incident management root cause assessments & corrective action implementation. Establishment of equipment inspection & maintenance programs. Coordinate with 3rd party repair shops. Collaboration with Dispatch group. Driver scheduling. Coordinate and participate in customer and government audits.
