Job scope would be to assist supt to arrange for class survey / service attendance. Issue POs for service jobs. Liaise with purchasers and superintendents to coordinate all services/supplies. List of services with contact details to be given to Supt so that same can be included in Port activity.Get quotations and arrange for services as required by vessel; ad hoc repair and annual class surveys/services.Ensure that the equipment annual servicing certificates / Class Certificates / Flag Certificates/ Insurance certs. Assist with registration for new-building vessels; e.g complete registration forms, arrange LRIT test, apply SBMC.Prepare document transmittal for hard copy reports / certs Ensure that the vessels submit all month end reports
