Operation and Monitoring of Permanent and Temporary DCPs.Operate and monitor the plant equipment either local control panel operation or through SCADA Operation.Effective start-up and shut down of the plant equipment’s in accordance with the standard Operating procedure / work instruction.Provide Operation control of child water follow rate, Adjust flows, Temperature, and pressures, auto mod. And direct chilled water deliveries.Inform immediate supervisor about the abnormalities/ malfunction of the plant. – Operational of cooling tower, Chemical treatment, Maintains the cooling tower conductivity, PH, etc.Perform maintain activities as per preventive maintenance schedule. Calculate the TRH/KWH and total plant efficiency.

Operating & Maintenance of Air cooled & water cooled chillers up to 700 TR TO 7000 TR Trane, York & carrier chillers.Operating, Servicing & Maintenance of AHU’s, FCU’s, FAHU’s, primary & secondary chilled water pumps, condenser pumps, VFD’s and Ventilations units etc.Maintenance of fire alarm system, smoke detectors and gas suppression system.Maintain the daily actives & plant performance reports.Performing and Planning the PPM Schedules, Coordinate with Reactive and Breakdown Maintenance works and complete all maintenance related works.
