I founded Indus Heritage Club in 2017 to promote Pakistan as a destination for Sikh heritage tourism.

I provide research and analytical support to the premier US Congress funded think tank working to promote peace and understand conflict drivers in Pakistan.As a member of USIP’s South and Central Asia (SCA) team and involved in the management of USIP’s Pakistan program, I am:Building relationships on behalf of the Institute with a variety of stakeholders throughout Pakistan, most importantly civil society actors. Showcasing the work of USIP programs and research.Providing effective management for the successful design and implementation of USIP programming in Pakistan. Identifying opportunities for programming and partnership with a variety of actors in line with SCA’s strategic plan for Pakistan.Managing the monitoring and evaluation of projects to help improve program implementation based on lessons from the field. Consolidating and sharing results that emerge from projects funded by USIP with key stakeholders. Reporting on lessons learned, program successes, failures and best practices.Working with USIP grantees and other partners to understand and comply with USIP grants and contractual policies and procedures. Providing technical capacity support to USIP partners and grantees.Involved as a member of a small team in all stages of the grants process including project selection, monitoring & evaluation, capacity support, compliance, progress monitoring and results measurement.
