 Handling accounts related matter of Showroom, Workshop Performing all admin responsibilities of workshop & showroom Handling Petty Cash Prepare the daily report of Showroom, Spare parts, Workshop and sent to Head office Deposit Cash and cheques in bank as per head office nominated bank Preparing Cash Receipt related to new sales units, parts advance related to spare parts division and advance related to Workshop. Preparing Cheques receipt & reporting to Head office daily basics Preparing the payment request for suppliers Collecting Cash from RCD customer and deposit in Bank Follow up Banking matters, LPO’s of vehicles Follow up payment against LPO’s. Follow up from customers about overdue payments Follow up from Senior Accountant for Supplier Payment Process customer refunds, follow up for cheques and disburse Reconcile the Bank Statement (Deposit Cheques & Cash) on Daily basis.  Prepare reports of Petty cash of showroom and workshop Sending request to Credit Department to uploading credit limit Coordinate with Different Department IT’s, HRD, Purchase department, GBFT etc  Coordinate with Senior Accountant for annual closing Coordinate with Audit team for Showroom & Workshop auditing. Finalizing the Invoices of Vehicles. Weekly Analyze the Receivables (Age Analysis) and settle unsettle Transactions. Assistant to Audit Department for Branch Audit (Documents Audit).

 Ensuring delivery of best possible customer services, controlling TAT. Preparing branch for Mystery shopping by providing continuous coaching and guidance of bankproducts/Rules andRegulations Policies & procedures to staff. Controlling expenses and ensuring no instance of leakage of income. Ensuring that dash board exceptions are properly closed as per bank requirement. Responsible for overall administration of the branch including staff matters, staff leave, branch environment etc. Handing Branch Management Issues Retention of Existing Customers & Working New Avenues Handling Security Issues of the Branch  Settlement of Queries Minimizing Audit objections  Managing overall environment of Branch  Management of expense and profitability of the branch
