Edward J. Hardin is a founding partner of Rogers & Hardin LLP, a corporate and commercial law firm in Atlanta, Georgia. He advises public and private corporations and their directors on corporate governance, corporate law and business transactions.Mr. Hardin often speaks on corporate law issues related to representing directors of public companies and mergers and acquisitions. He has been regularly recognized by the leading legal peer review publications such as Chambers, Best Lawyers, and Super Lawyers. He has been named the Atlanta Best Lawyers Corporate Lawyer of 2011.Mr. Hardin has received a number of awards, including the Alexis de Tocqueville Award for public service by the United Way’s de Tocqueville Society, the Elbert P.
