Jahari Soward promotes the integration of STEM skills and workforce transformation to improve economic growth. She leverages her talent management and business education with expertise in the scientific, technical, engineering, and manufacturing industries to support the reskilling, upskilling, and cross-skilling of our future workforce. She is a frequent speaker for school districts, industry consortiums, and conferences on topics of STEM education, career development, and workforce programs. As a talent leader in the STEM field, Jahari has recruited hired thousands of STEM talent leaders, delivered training, developed internship programs, and conducted data analysis with local nonprofit organizations and youth programs. She contributes her scientific knowledge, teaching, and talent management experience to design and develop standards-aligned STEM curriculum, comprehensive digital skills programs, professional development workshops, and support materials for workforce partners, corporations, educators, and afterschool programs. She leads the 2,000 member American Chemical Society Georgia Section and is an active participant in Women in Technology, Georgia Bio, Technology Association of Georgia, and was a recipient of the 40 Under 40 Award presented by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. Jahari holds an MBA from Georgia State University and B.S. in Chemistry from Tennessee State University.
