Project Manager
During the 20+ years of working at Intel I have been involved in numerous areas involving project management skills. In my latest capacity I was responsible for supporting Mergers and Acquisitions from an Information Technology Client perspective; providing each employee with an Intel client on their first day of employment, setting up the hardware support structure, and training the IT Client support employees on all client related policies and procedures. Additional I was responsible for the IT e-discovery client collection process ensuring the global preservation requests from the legal department were executing according to the documented process. I was also responsible for creating, documenting and maintaining these client preservation support processes in partnership with the IT e-discovery Team and Legal. My responsibilities also included computing equipment disposal, removal and secure destruction of Intellectual property globally. This encompassed creating the necessary processes to support the collection of computing hardware, training the support personal on proper handling, IP removal, and secure disposal, updating process documentation in compliance with local laws and regulations, creating and enforcing audit procedures, and establishing indicators for tracking purposes.
