Lead GreenerU's planning team to help our partner organizations with greenhouse gas emissions baselining, sustainability and climate action planning, stakeholder engagement, decarbonization planning, graphic design, communications strategies, process facilitation, and research. Iconic Energy helps institutions and municipalities motivate sustainable behavior through public art and design by guiding a civic engagement process to spark healthy dialogues. Projects have included stakeholder facilitation of a $1.75 million rest area in Lexington, KY, and initiating the Harvard Energy Feedback Sculpture, a visual representation of freshmen energy efficiency and sustainability efforts.

Completed Harvard's renewable energy feasibility study, wrote white paper on Harvard's green IT practices that was presented at the Data Center World conference in Las Vegas (April 2015), and managed team of six student workers at Harvard Law School to engage HLS students and faculty on campus sustainability practices.

Provided live-in academic and social support for Harvard College freshmen, planning and executing weekly get-togethers, acting as academic advisor, and interacting with freshmen on day-to-day reflections on the transition to adulthood.

Reporting to the program established by Governor Deval Patrick's Executive Order 484 "Leading by Example: Clean Energy and Efficient Buildings," the fellowship involved providing program support and analysis for energy-efficiency installations and measures in state-owned facilities.

Directed media relations, internal communications, and crisis communications strategies for the nation’s largest station-based public radio network. Provided government relations strategies, co-founded the company's Inclusion Council and founded/chaired the MPR Green Team.

Directed MYS’s vision and strategic planning process, laying the groundwork for a capital campaign; planned and executed all marketing and public relations strategies; and led fundraising efforts for more than 50 percent of the annual budget.

Planned, organized, and executed annual Arts Advocacy Day at the Minnesota State Capitol, drawing 400-500 advocates to meet with state legislators; organized and implemented membership drives, raising more than two-thirds of the organization's annual budget; designed and developed MCA’s first website.

Advised the Congressman on legislation regarding health care, welfare, tobacco, women, children and the arts; led D.C. office internship program.
