Jason has in excess of 25 years experience in the property sector in the design, development and project management of projects across the residential, multiresidential, education, commercial and industrial sectors in Australia and abroad. Jason’s multi-residential and mixed use experience spans from small townhouse developments through to large-scale master planned urban communities. Jason has worked with a range of listed and private development clients through his career and has a wide network of consultant, authority and other industry contacts. He has provided development advisory services to a range of corporate, Council and individual clients. Jason’s depth of design and construction knowledge and understanding of planning, code and authority requirements enables Jason to work with consultant and construction teams to deliver successful project outcomes for clients. He is focussed on the cost-effective delivery of high quality projects. Jason has personally developed numerous successful small lot subdivisions as house and land packages and a boutique award-winning townhouse project. He is a registered Architect and a Green Building Council of Australia accredited Greenstar Associate. He has presented at conferences including the Subtropical Cities Conference, CEFPI, and to property development groups.
