Record keeper and correspondent for the non-profit organization. I attended Executive Committee and Dinner Meetings that program and network chemical engineers across the Houston area. STS is the largest AIChE regional chapter in the US.

In my recent studies, I have been drawn towards the life of St. Mother Teresa. I greatly admire her self-sacrificing love for the poor and trust entirely in God's divine will. There are days where I get really caught up in first-world problems when I know that I should not. St. Mother Teresa had a really great mindset tackling life and interacting with others. I hope that my direct experience with third-world life and the poor will put my perspective of life on the right path and strengthen my spirituality for years to come.I fundraised $4,455 in 7 weeks for the $3,350 trip. I served with the Missionaries of Charity in Kolkata from May 16th to June 6th, in Chennai to the 9th, and in Goa to the 12th. Most of my time was spent interacting and playing with 26 physically and/or mentally disabled preteen boys abandoned by their parents.

I worked with professors in teaching chemical engineering courses. I hosted help sessions, office hours, tutoring sessions, and proctor exams for undergraduate students. I graded homework and small project assignments. A Senior Resident Advisor (SRA) is a staff member of the Department of Residence Life and the Division of Student Affairs. The position requires leadership skills, good judgment, energy, commitment, self-discipline, knowledge of campus resources, and sensitivity to cultural differences. The person selected will be an integral part of the Department of Residence Life by being a positive role model and promoting positive activities and traditions in which to involve hall residents. The SRA assists the Community Director and works collaboratively with the Hall Staff, Hall Council, and the residents to develop a strong, positive, respectful community in the hall.

I worked in the Process & Industrial Group on Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC) projects. My largest contribution was to a gasoline isomerization project. Most notably, I worked on the grassroots unit's condensate system and saved the client $250,000 per year. I reviewed and prepared P&IDs, PFDs, equipment datasheets. Lastly, I was one of the top fundraiser for the non-profit Junior Achievement by raising $700 in 8 weeks.

I reviewed and prepared P&IDs, PFDs, PSV charts, equipment specification sheets, & Heat-Material-Balances. I completed OSHA, HASC Basic Plus, and additional BMcD Safety Training courses. Lastly, I was the top fundraiser for the non-profit Junior Achievement by raising $1250 in 8 weeks.

As a Resident Advisor, I have the opportunity to build leadership skills, develop those skills and others, build and nurture a community, developing inclusive environments, and serving as a resource for their fellow Aggies. Held at Camp For All, the camp hosts campers with cancer, muscular dystrophy, epilepsy, severe burns, sickle cell, cerebral palsy, cognitive challenges, cardiac issues, spinal cord injuries, PKU, neurofibromitosis, HIV, dermatological issues, and so much more. As a counselor, I was put in charge of two campers to take care of and entertain for an entire week. I would encourage and motivate these campers, along with others, to participate in fun activities that they cannot do regularly.

Purchasing Innovations exposed me to pressure vessels, fabrication drawings, financial planning, and many other business skills before my college career.
