Co-ordinate with Architect to providing necessary information and visit altogether. 4. Co-ordinate with Audit & Accounts regarding any quires of the submitted bill/budget/CS. 5. Assist the management to selection the desire civil related finishing materials.6. Collect the sample materials from various vendors.7. Sourcing the various type of civil contractor.8. Rate negotiation with various contractor’s/Vendor’s/suppliers.9. Prepare the civil work related and interior works budget.10. Prepare the Comparative Statement (CS) for particular issue of civil work related.11. Civil work related any Budget, CS & Rate approval taken from management. 12. Prepare the work order for various types of civil contractors.13. L/C opening and L/C adjustment.14. Civil work related labor bill checking, adjustment & advance payment amount confirmation.15. To ensure the civil contractors payment in due time.16. Project site visit for checking the civil work and follow up the work progress status.17.
