CurrentLeading & managing talented full stack team as Team Leader including but not limited to translation of complex functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design, requirement analysis, WBS preparation.# Managing projects in a critical environment & changing the requirements of clients. Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices# Work with stakeholders to identify technical and resource options to successfully deliver the designed architecture, assemble project teams and assign responsibilities.# Ensuring the projects are documented appropriately to mitigate risk and be delivered on time.# Ensure all project works are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way# Transparent communication, responsibilities, risks, and status to team members and stakeholders.# Capture and share best practice knowledge across the internal and external teams.# Balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines.# Monitor and Control Project work to carry out in the declared quality, cost, and time
