Monitoring different projects for developing workplace and capacity building of workforce3. Ensure smooth communication with different stakeholders like; ILO, Better Work, FLA, BSR, etc4. Communicate with other retailers & brands of different regions and keep the HQ update about the region

- Ethical/Social Compliance auditing at new & existing factories for Primark Supply Chain- Guide factories to develop as per Primark CoC and Legal standards- Monitoring Supply Chain to control and stop unauthorized Tier-1 & Tier-2- Project Monitoring- Monitoring and Coordinating with Third party audit firm

- Auditing factories- Coordinate & monitor with all factories in the Group to ensure ethical compliance- Guide & develop factories to ensure customer standard- Ensure Legal requirement- Communicate with the outside stake holders- Update factories regarding updated standard and legal requirements

- Develop and implement Policies and Procedures for the new company- Implement and ensure HR practices as per legal & updated standards- Payroll monitoring- Regular communication with employees to ensure job satisfaction- Communicate with outside stake holders
