Overview:Support the development of Key Performance Indicators which measure the health of the End to End Maintain and Respond Process. Analyse management information to provide senior management and Process Executives with regular reports on Process performance. Through collaboration and engagement with business functions, identify the root causes behind performance issues and recommend corrective options.Key Tasks:- Understand the End to End Electricity Maintain & Respond Process (Level 1-4), identifying areas of low performance and use of root cause problem solving methods to identify, implement, and sustain changes.- Establishment of robust Performance frameworks ensuring high level KPIs cascade all the way down to a local level linking with Performance Excellence (PEx).- Identify areas of Process improvement and be able to articulate a value case for change. Delivery of improvement projects to follow the blueprint approach and effective use of relevant tools.- Active engagement of Customers and Stakeholders that are impacted by the M&R Process ensuring any performance initiatives or improvement projects which may impact them are effectively communicated.- Understand the principles of Process Excellence and Performance Excellence and the way in which they work together to deliver benefits to the ultimate customer- Re-engineering processes and updating all the relevant documents related to the process e.g. Training material, procedures, process flows.- Working closely with other process teams, finance, policy, operations, operational support, and other functions to increase knowledge of the E2E M&R Process.- Support the development of PEx internally to the Process team including the introduction of Team Hubs which allow us to track and measure our line of sight objectives.

Overview:Assisting the Replace and Extend Process team by providing accurate and timely management information on performance in Plan to Construct (PtC) and Request to Construct (RtC) related activities. Identifying areas of process improvement by understanding performance and using root cause analysis to establish the required changes which can be implemented, embedded and maintained.Key Tasks:- Understanding and analysing the Replace and Extend end to end process, identifying areas whereprocesses can be improved, by establishing the root causes and appropriate corrective measures through the use of Performance Breakdowns and A3s- Effectively engaging with individuals and stakeholders who will be directly impacted by processimprovements to ensure any changes are sustained in the long-run and transition is made as smooth as possible- Re-engineering processes and updating all the relevant documents related to the process e.g. Training material, procedures, process flows.- Understanding areas of the process where more visibility is required, and developing new keyperformance indicators (KPI) to measure and manage overall performance.- Working closely with the process team, alliances, coalitions, and the Gas Distribution Strategic Partners (GDSP) to solve problems or improve processes as a unified entity.- Assisting in the development of business cases for system changes that are required to improveprocesses and performance.
