I was in another field before I pursued the IT Industry. My hunger for learning has led me to be apply which best suit the courses I took way back in college and I got hired last October 2020 as SQA.My responsibilities are stated below:- Responsible for testing mobile and web apps, including writing the test plans and test cases, and ad hoc testing from the UI through to the backend.- Create, execute, and document bug reports and test cases (UAT, Integration, Regression, Sanity, Smoke, Beta), ensuring functional coverage and application performance.- Designated to a specific solution and trains new QA assigned with the same solution/software- Communicates with the global team for further discussion of tickets concerns- Spearheaded Sanity Testing for a given time frame and runs prewritten automation testing - Initiates daily Smoke Testing to ensure the product is working on the client-side and reports the issues found- Monitors tickets passed/failed for every weekly deployment- Documents Test Cases created for every deployment
