- Organize and keep record of 500+ personnel files.
- Utilize ADP to enter new hire data and update any previous employees’ data.
- Act as a liaison for team members to HR administration to improve our internal processes and foster immediate solutions.
- Provide associates with information regarding company policies, insurance, benefits, etc. and keep associates up to date with policy changes.
- Assist in organizing company events and HR projects.
