We set out to create new composites with that could replace commonly used disposable packaging. To ensure the competitiveness of our solution, we used inexpensive and readily available components, PVA, PLA, Cellulose, Starch, and other filters. Materials and manufacturing were characterized by good physio-chemical properties, including thermal stability, Seal-ability, density, and mechanical strength. The most favorable material(poly paper-cellulose in our case)was further studied from food packaging application point of view by the end proving that the resultant component can be used as a replacement to plastic in food tray packaging and can be recycled in paper cycling chain abiding the EU Article 501 certification.Please follow this link below for further details:https://lnkd.in/eVFuttSe
