I am a sophomore at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, majoring in Finance and Business Analytics. I have a passion for collaborating with others, leading group projects, and making a difference in my community. I have demonstrated these strengths in a variety of positions, beginning in high school with my positions as the Social Media Coordinator for an organization called Unified for Underprivileged Girls and treasurer for Distributive Education Clubs of America (DECA). In these leadership roles, I worked with my fellow peers and executive board members to fundraise money and donate educational items for youth and expand student-led programs. By the end of my terms, I donated over $700 to youth in the United States and other countries and raised over $540 to give back to local charities like Hartford Healthcare. Now at Indiana University, I continue to seek new opportunities to expand my professional and personal leadership. I am broadening my career knowledge through enrolling in honors courses and joining various student organizations. As a member of the Undergraduate Business Diversity Council, I advocate towards the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace by helping lead career fairs and diversity case competitions. Additionally, through Girl Up, I find joy in volunteering to give back to different organizations in the Bloomington community like Habitat for Humanity and My Sister's Closet. I hope to grow my involvement by joining a summer abroad program and becoming a Kelley peer mentor. To continue developing my strengths of collaboration, problem-solving, and teamwork, I look forward to engaging in a consulting internship in the future. Ultimately, I see myself pursuing a finance career where I aim to use my expertise to support businesses and communities through strategic financial management for sustainable growth and strategic investment.
