My main duties as an educator was to provide a nurturing and learning environment to prepare early childhood students to excel developmentally and academically. I would converse daily with parents on their Childs progress and be required every three months to provide In person or over the phone conferences every three months along with IDEP ( (individual development and education plan) to help tract students development. Teach/promote social emotional skills daily, implement pyramid models, use different strategies to child plan. Prevent, teach and reinforce behaviors that are more desirable. Teach Friendship skills fundamentals that are conducive for building relationships, developing self confidence, competence and positive attitudes in young children. On the Leadership team my role was to collect BIR's (behavior incident reports) and convert it into a Microsoft excel spreadsheet. After converting the data i collected from each classroom the leadership team and i would analyze the results to then come up with a plan of action for each individual child.

Consistently I would help a woman get up every morning, assist her getting bathed and dressed for the day. i would spend a total of 3 hours each day assisting her, Monday through Friday. Before leaving her I would be sure yo prepare her next meals, sweep floors, mop, take out the Trash and activate the security system. Sporadically I would be asked to cover another staff member's patient along with their specific duties.
