Responsible for the development of a long-term sourcing strategy to enable the growth plans of the enterprise.

Responsible for the service operations of Travelers' small commercial division reporting to the CEO, President of Select Accounts. Provide strategic and operational leadership to over 800 employees across 16 field locations. Responsible for all aspects of new business operations, post-issuance service support.

Reporting to the President of CIGNA Pharmacy supporting 7.9M members across multiple lines of business including Commercial, Medicare Part D and Great West HealthCare. Represent CIGNA HealthCare Service Operations in the design and business requirements for approved projects. Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements within CIGNA HealthCare service operations. Manage all aspects of compliance for functions including Sarbanes Oxley, SAS 70, Business Continuity planning and State/Federal requirements.

Manage a team of project management professionals to develop business solutions for application projects. Represent the CIGNA HealthCare claim operations in the design and business requirements for new system functionality. Set individual and team objectives and formulate plans to meet business objectives. Identify opportunities for improvements that further the strategic imperatives of CIGNA HealthCare.
