-Implemented advocacy, political, and communications campaigns in the areas of authorization and oversight, charter renewals, and policy implementation across Northern California -Worked closely with teams of charter school operators, community partner organizations, district and county elected officials, and senior staff to enhance policy, influence the political landscape, and create a supportive ecosystem to ensure quality schools have the resources and support they need to thrive-Cultivated relationships with local district and county elected officials, local charter leaders, community partners, and senior charter staff -Engaged in non-partisan and partisan electoral work under the umbrella of CCSA Advocates

-Set, oversaw, and met fiscal year goals for our political engagement program which encompassed 14 Political Action Committees (PACs) covering 16 counties across the state of California-Directly worked with 9 PACs to set strategic goals focused on fundraising, coalition building, and electoral priorities for each 2-year election cycle-Helped grow our local Political Action Committees (PACs) from 10 to 14 in my first year-Developed strong relationships and managed volunteers which included charter school executive directors, board members, or parents through regular PAC meetings and individual check-ins to reach -PAC strategic goals-Created and implemented an infrastructure for local PACs which included standard operating procedures, a rubric to track PAC progress, and ongoing tracking of members and events in SalesForce-Planned and executed the annual PAC Summit-Grew the number of parent contacts in the CharterNation database-Project managed cross-team efforts such as the CharterNation audit, candidate and elected engagement efforts, and staff volunteer management during elections

Create and implement training content to the Organizing team, including parent, teacher and alumni organizers. Responsible for full-day on-boarding training content, tailored, higher-level organizing training, and shadowing organizers in the field and providing feedback.

Used a proven organizing model developed by Marshall Ganz to develop teams of organized parents in Sacramento County.Some of my accomplishments organizing families include: -Supported and helped pass Measure J in Natomas, a $129 million-dollar bond measure that included charter schools. Two facilities have since been built (Westlake & Star Academy) with major upgrades planned for the third charter school. -Supported and helped re-elect Teri Burns to the NUSD Board of Trustees -Held and organized a nonpartisan candidate forum in the 13th largest school district in CA, San Juan Unified.-Hosted successful post-election events with charter parents, leaders and board members.-Turned out parents, parent speakers and secured approval of Lighthouse Charter School in Washington Unified.-Built and executed a recruitment campaign at Lighthouse Charter School
