Assisting agents with escalated customer issues, monitored schedule adherence, run open/close claim reports as well as monitoring accounts for fraud indicators and processing applications for credit. Monitored and reviewed accounts for fraudulent activity that may be in the form of a transaction or information violation or fraud rings. Utilized different tools and systems such as LexisNexis and Verid to validate information. Received inbound calls from customers to assist with account maintenance, not related to customer service, such as removing and placing account restrictions, or mailing letters to verify activity authenticity. Placed outbound calls while working cases assigned to certain queues if fraud indicators are present. Processed retail applications for Consumers, as well as Commercial companies. Verified all information on the application and approving or denying the application submitted based on a Credit Report, available from all three Credit Bureaus, Income to Debt Ratio, and Inquiries. Assisted victims of identity theft by providing information and resources needed to processes claims, police reports, and fraud alerts free of charge with all credit bureaus
