As Project & Bid Manager for the Ausco Modular Remote Accommodation team, I work 'end to end' with our clients to deliver accommodation solutions tailored to the unique circumstance of each project. I am able to draw upon my considerable range of skills and expertise to assist our clients through the early stages of project development, including:- master-planning and feasibility studies;- DA, BA and environmental approvals;- water supply and wastewater treatment options;- electrical and communications infrastructure design;- fire, PWD and other BCA/NCC compliance issues;- detailed design and final approvals management;As projects near realisation, I assume a more traditional Project Manager role, developing programs, methodologies and costs, assessing contractual risks and opportunity, undertaking commercial reviews, and collating the full submission including any non-priced assessment elements.Upon successful award I assume responsibility for the project delivery, ensuring the clients exceptions are met or exceeded, any risks are mitigated, and ensure the commercial outcomes and quality expectations are fully realised.

I led the pursuit of varying size projects across a range of diverse sectors including roads and bridges, Defence, resources, building, and utility scale solar.

Managed the construction of three sewerage pumping stations for the Sydney Water PSP Alliance. Went on to supervise several civil infrastructure projects including landfill waste cell extensions and hospital upgrades. • Appointed the company’s Quality, Safety and Environmental Manager, responsible for the internal and external ISO9001 auditing, and ongoing system revisions and updates• Most pivotal achievement was the complete tendering, construction management and commissioning of two sewerage pumping stations for Goulburn Mulwaree Council.

Hydraulic Modeler for the Asset Management division for northeastern Sydney. Initially responsibile for fire fighting water pressure enquiries, but quickly became proficient in undertaking model adjustments, for applications such as:• Model refinements and calibrations to better represent currently observed pressures.• Running simulations and presenting results of future demand analysis scenarios.• “Green-field” pipeline truck network sizing for new suburb developments.• Selection and assessment of water main amplification options which were required for large development applications.• Identifying and modeling network reconfigurations as part of a pressure reduction leakage management strategy.
