Delegating Managing NPA portfolio - Credit card.- Handling credit card portfolio of 2600+ delinquent customer.- Regular call auditing of the trails of telecalling & field visit in the banking system. immediately after the conversation/ visit.Managing end to end credit card settlement/dispute resolution as per Process.- Handling in house & out source caller with multiple Agencies and field executive with regular trailing.- Performance monitoring & resolution monitoring.- Ensuring monthly set target & achieved accordingly to the given portfolio & Regular monitoring of achievement callers& FOS also.- Coordinating with the legal department and advocate for the resolution with in the code of the conduct.- Managing productivity by fixing collection and resolution parameters of the telecallers, field as well as Executive & monitoring performance against set parameter on a daily & monthly performance resolution.
