• To provide day to day guidance to the branch employees regarding compliance with Anti-Money Laundering / Know Your Customer laws & regulations and institutional policies.• To monitor High Value the transactions to make sure they are in compliance with AML (Anti Money Laundering).• CTR (Cash Transaction Reports) and STR (Suspicious Transaction Reports) to FMU on daily basis.• Enhanced Due Diligence of customers having unidentified source of income.• Screening of swift messages & monitoring Domestic Remittance.• Initial screening of newly opened as well as existing accounts with respect to SDN / OFAC / EU / BOE and other Negative Lists.• KYC updating & review with respect to AOF.• Make sure that Anti Money Laundering (AML) processes meet the requirements of regulatory authorities.• Identifying and ensuring implementation of KYC/CDD compliance at branch level at the time of account opening by being well-versed with State Bank’s Prudential Regulations.• Daily ATM Replenish & Processing ATM Claims if receiving Claim Request. • Keep updated regarding Bank’s policies and procedures, SBP’s guidelines including Prudential Regulations, their dissemination to concerned staff and monitoring compliance.• Management of overall branch operations, ensuring efficiency, effective controls and maintenance of quality service level.• Ensure proper daily checking of bank’s activity report; monitoring of suspense and reconciliation of accounts in line with prudential regulations.• Supervising branch operations pertaining to clearing, remittances, collections, Online Operations, Trade Finance & Credit.• Ensure proper handling of branch’s daily cash, maintenance of proper liquidity levels, daily closing of cash and its reconciliation with branch’s books and system; ensuring compliance with SBP’s requirements pertaining to cash handling operations.
