With over 23 years of experience in Infrastructure projects etc, I am currently working as AVP and Functional Head of Administration at ESAF Bank, where I oversee the general administration, management of fixed assets, rentals and connectivity, planning, execution, of all the bank's facilities and projects across India. I have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, and I am proficient in vendor management, Microsoft Excel, and quality management. I have also obtained certificates demonstrating my commitment to continuous improvement and excellence. Prior to joining ESAF Bank, I was the Regional Head (Kerala) at Reliance Industries, where I successfully delivered several retail and 4G projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. My mission is to ensure that ESAF Bank's infrastructure and operations are efficient, sustainable, and aligned with the bank's vision and values. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team, and I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges.
