This position provides screening, evaluation, and rehabilitation services for patients with cognitive, communication, social, physical, and behavioral deficits related to leisure and recreational pursuits. This position plans and carries out specialized treatment programs, documents treatment, and maintains data regarding patient care. This position demonstrates the clinical competence and knowledge necessary to provide treatment appropriate to the age of the patients served.• Evaluate patients' functional leisure abilities and limitations to determine the appropriate intervention. Develop a plan of care and treatment goals, as ordered by a physician or other referral source.• Implements individualized treatment plans for leisure activities that consider patients’ physical, social, spiritual, cultural, educational, and age-specific needs. • Documents patient participation and advancement according to professional and regulatory standards using the Cerner electrical health record charting system. • Follows plan of care to accomplish functions with supervision and collaboration of treatment team.

• Support the implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans. • Communicate observations and progress reports to supervisors and other team members.• Implement reinforcement strategies to encourage desired behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.• Assist patients with daily living skills and social interactions. • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients during therapy sessions.

• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as group stretch classes for up to 6 clients. • Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions. • Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele.• Ensure the safety of clients in regard to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules.• Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tours, offsite events, and sales as needed.• Clean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time.

Academics expectations and Universitypolicy.• Scheduling various appointment types.• Learn and manage multiple communication and scheduling platforms.• Provide excellent customer service and support for students, staff, faculty, and visitors.

The incumbent will assist the facilities operations staff with set up and take down of equipment for athletic events as well as perform daily maintenance of the facilities.• Maintain building and all athletic venues. • Assist in arena transitions based on games and events.• Set up and tear down all applicable events and remain on-call during the event itself (men’s and women’s basketball, football, soccer, volleyball, baseball, and softball, etc.).
