Joined as a Shift Supervisor in the Linear low Density Polyethylene plant in Hazira and then moved on to Jamnagar. Was given charge as a Team Leader in one of the Sulphur and Amine trains with responsibility to oversee all erection and precommissioning activities. Commissioning of my train was ahead of schedule. Was also involved with punch listing, witnessing and validating hydrotests and test packs, flushing and preparation of piping and equipments and instrument loop checking.
