My expertise in the fashion domain further brings to the clients---- Advantages and Efficiency in Supply Chain Management and offer below Services} A) Sourcing new fabrics and trims for the clients in line with the forecast for the seasons, covering fabric ranges across all cotton/ viscose/polyesters/silks/denim/ linen and any other blends, I have a strong understanding and sourcing of fabrics with metallic yarns. } B) Making of the proto, and salesman samples aided by an in-house team of design/pattern makers and a research and development team } C) liasoning with a very strong vendor base that is fully compliant as per international standards set up by the big brands } D) Providing services related to Salesman samples/ production follow-ups / QA checks as per AQL levels specified by the clients/shipping and logistics } E) Expertise with hand techniques for embroideries and sequence embellished styles } F) A separate department is associated with village women to make hand-knitted sweaters and jumpers.My special expertise includes Strategic Foresight and Design making and Implementation of processes, tracking consumer trends, timely delivery, and building collections.
