• Currently helping one of the largest insurance companies assess the maturity of their cyber security capabilities and define their cyber-security strategy road-map to achieve the target state maturity• Helped a large public sector agency responsible for managing critical infrastructure with the maturity assessment of their cyber security program and developed a prioritized cyber security strategy roadmap for the agency to expeditiously meet its goals.• Helping a Fortune 100 Life Sciences client to design and implement their IT Security Risk and Compliance program. The project includes revamping and re-engineering of several business and IT processes such as policy management, risk management, compliance management, intellectual property governance, incident management and security operations.• Helped a large public sector client to design and implement their IT GRC program by leveraging RSA Archer. Jaideep is also assisting a public sector agency in their day-to-day IT risk and security operations and helping them meet the regulatory compliance requirements.

• Was responsible for identifying the applicable regulations at a top 3 US Bank with multinational operations and developed an integrated set of requirements to address majority of the regulations the bank had to comply with. This helped the bank save repeated effort by having to perform a process/control once and satisfy multiple regulatory requirements.• Helped perform the current state GRC assessment at a mid-sized banking client in New York and performed the maturity assessment for various GRC areas like – operational risk, vendor risk, KRI & reporting, SOX compliance, internal audit, treasury, IT risk, etc.• Led the RSA Archer Risk Management solution implementation & configuration. Was responsible for requirements gathering, understanding existing processes, designing new processes, building the system, and finally deploying in production. Worked directly with the client throughout the project and performed all project management activities.

• Was responsible for IT Risk Assessment and mapping risks with appropriate controls. Jaideep was also responsible for identifying PCI Security implications and risks. He was able to deliver high quality results and was awarded a Deloitte Applause award for the work performed.• Was responsible for e-commerce security assessment at a leading retail client. Performed analysis around encryption of data in storage and transmission, handling procedures around PCI related SPI data, tested controls around content management, network security and administrative access to the e-commerce systems. Analyzed the e-commerce architecture for data leaks and loop holes• Performed several SOX 404 IT security audits and performed controls testing for SAP, Oracle, JDEdwards, Hyperion, active directory, operating systems, databases, servers and network security.
