 Responsible for Pumps business at national level. Promote products through the sales team at branches all over India. Manage and direct sales, marketing and business development functions related to pumps business. Manage and direct all techno-commercial functions at all the branches. Develop and implement business strategies at branches to achieve desire goal. Perform comprehensive market analyses and submission of sales forecast to the management. Managing all human resources issues, recruitments etc. Indentify new business opportunities for expansion; implement appropriate sales & marketing strategies. Vendor development and supply chain management related to pumps business. Trained sales team on selling techniques, product technical knowledge etc.

 Work in close co-ordination with project consultants, draw technical specifications, eligibility criteria, project estimations and tendering. Tender costing, techno-commercial bid preparation, bid submission, negotiation and order finalisation, undertaking projects on turnkey basis. Project planning, scheduling, co-ordination and monitoring execution activity till completion of project.

 Analysing new market trends, exploring potential business avenues to penetrate new accounts and expand existing clientele. Execute strategies to achieve pre-set targets and ensure profitability. Manage lead generation, track information of new upcoming/potential projects. Product approvals – project consultants, govt. departments, EPC contractors. Monitor competition and devise effective counter strategies.

 Plan & assign sales budget and schedules, arranging for resources to ensure achievement of organisational targets as per budgeted parameters. Key account & Channel network management. Monitoring actual sales v/s budgeted sales and re-strategise to achieve targets. Review of outstanding payments/collection and other commercial liabilities.
