I started my full time working career in mining, and have gained experience in several reactive and safety focused industries. I was most recently a wind farm and substation site engineer in several locations in Scotland. I've previously undertaken programming/scheduling, GPS site measures and CAD processing, planning, creating job packs, estimates and claims for several large clients.I'm a helpful team player, like to work accurately, and not scared to ask questions. Ethics and dedication are important to me.I studied Te Reo Māori part time, and was a class representative. I play in brass bands where I've been an active committee member and band manager.I was a field surveyor for six years, filled in doing accounts work, was a labourer at cement plants, and had time on the ground in road maintenance. I gained experience in oil and shipping industries with NZ Oil Services based at a fuel storage terminal. This involved a huge range of terminal duties including trade assistant tasks assisting maintenance and repairs to any of pipelines/pumps/hoses/valves.I completed the NZ Diploma in Civil Engineering in 2016, and was part of Student Engineers of NZ (SENZ).
