Worked as a Head of Supply for Int’l Expansion across South East Asia as per the requirements from the different demand verticals. Responsible for addition of the right amount of supply in different set of products at OYO Int'l, with a team size of 100+ direct/indirect Members .Expanding the footprints of the long-term sustainable franchise business in the Country along with creating the entire processes,KPI & KRA's .

Catering the Right supply for the rising demand in the region, Kolkata & Rest of Bengal which covers tier 2 business towns like Asansol, Durgapur, Kharagpur and leisure markets like Sundarban, Digha, Mandarmani, Gangtok,Darjeeling and Shantiniketan. Looking after the annual operating plan for the supply addition across these cities as per the business requirements with optimum commercials, ensuring healthy take for the organization with a team of 10+ Business Development Managers and 5 Transformation leads across 12 towns in the region. The team has been on boarding an average of 500+ exclusive rooms month on month across 40 properties on an average.

Focusing on the net growth and stability of the portfolio across the most famous weekend Leisure getaway market in West Bengal. The role covers a holistic picture where the Key Result Areas included On-boarding newer properties, Revenue generation across the portfolio, Demand generation in the market and Operational excellence ensuring guest delights across the portfolio.Over a span of 12 months, the market grew from a 100 exclusive rooms to 1150 rooms across portfolio ensuring 97.6% retention over the year and a healthy OYO revenue completing the annual operating plan in a period of 9.5 months.

The role encompasses on-boarding of New Supply with exclusive hotel inventories for OYO Rooms as a brand. Across a span of 9 months in Manali, 750+ exclusive hotel rooms were on-boarded covering 60+ Hotels in the region. This helped create a footprint which later went on to be one of the biggest leisure markets in the country for the organisation. This exercise included not only the on-boarding of these hotel partners but retaining them for a longer period ensuring healthy revenues for the region.

Worked as Core Member of Expansion Team where I have handled multiple challenging roles ranging from Primary Market Launch to Operations Management across markets like Delhi-NCR & Pune. Handled Entire Team of New customer acquisition, Project Management & ops excellence for a period of more than 10 months.Executed the strategic alliances with JLL (Pune), HIA, Rapid Metro, Gurgaon & Snapdeal etc.
