Going to work everyday always meant putting a smile on a lot of faces, filling moments with joy, motivating people, changing their behavior or perspective for better, or making them feel on elated and motivated .This continues to be my Inspiration from very young age ; Being a passionate Event Specialist i have been helping more than 450 brands, agencies, and corporates to connect with their audience / consumers /partners in the most compelling and experiential way. I help Clients tell their stories i find them the right platforms, partners and tech to tell those stories that will increase consumer engagement. I show clients how to monetize the content that is created from their stories.Being an Event Head & MICE Planner I have effectively led different teams like Sales, Servicing, Content, Design, Virtual Events, Operations, and Travel & Logistics. In my 2 Decades of experience i have been fortunate enough to learn and Excel in Experiential Events, MICE planning, Creative Strategy, Event Production (Physical Events & Virtual Events, Travel Planning, Content Curation and Food & Beverage as well.My 360’ Knowledge and extensive experience of Events and has been my strongest suit to work with great ease on many international events across the world (more than 16 countries ). With the current pandemic the world is recovering from, I was able to gain in-depth experience in Virtual Events as well.Me and my team have successfully delivered 137 outcome driven Virtual Events .I am a Visual Mathematician, and my thoughts process is always calculative and sequential. My forte is understanding the Objective clearly and Strategizing the most effective way to achieve it with the minimal resources but with maximum gain on the Outcome .Outside work , I have a penchant for knowledge, I enjoy smart clever humor, I love spoken word poetry, I am huge English movie enthusiast , I drool on good nutritious food, I keep a fit body and a kind heart .
