About Jaima Hughes

In September 2014, after living in Washington State for most of my life (except for a short stint in California), I took the plunge and headed to New Zealand with the intent to live there for a year and work on farms. It was the best decision I've made. While I didn't end up doing farm work, I gave myself the opportunity to experience the beauty of other countries. As a result of that action, I've worked in New Zealand for the government on the rebuild of Christchurch after the earthquake, worked in Australia for a private removals company, and lived in Spain where I experienced the culture and attempted to improve my Spanish. Through these experiences, I've discovered a confidence and determination to execute ideas, and a genuine interest in how businesses are managed and structured. OTHER SKILL HIGHLIGHTS:- Solution-based outlook- Strong organizational aptitude- Knowledge of English grammar, with developed proofreading skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to learn new databases and information management systems quickly- Typing Skills: 76 words per minute, 100% accuracy

Listed skills include Editing, Translation, Language Services, Proofreading, and 19 others.
