I recently graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelors of Science in Earth Science and an emphasis on hydrology. Through my undergraduate education I gained valuable skills such as understanding and analyzing hydrographs, and using ArcGIS to analyze watershed characteristics. In the Summer of 2022 I worked for a nonprofit organization called Rising Sun Center of Opportunity as an Energy Specialist where I conducted water and energy assessments of homes throughout San Francisco and San Mateo County. I would then replace inefficient sink aerators and shower heads in the homes where the gallons per minute were higher than recommended. LED light bulbs were also installed for any CFLs or incandescent light bulbs to make the home overall more energy and water efficient. Prior to this job I worked as a server and bartender at Willkommen by Black Hammer Brewing which has helped me gain valuable customer service skills.
