Having over 30 years of experience in Construction and Environmental settings, I continue to grow in areas of Employee Engagement, Training, and Safety. I am currently a Craft Training Instructor at Wayne Brothers Companies, conducting weekly New hire orientation classes and OSHA Construction industry classes. I have C-MESH certification and assist as an Assistant Safety Supervisor when needed. RecruiterUs Army Sep 1980 - Oct 1988Volunteered for Military service in 1980 and was assigned to the 82nd Airborne Division as a Signal Radio Operator in the 82nd Signal Battalion, 3rd Platoon Company B. Company B was assigned to provide communications at various levels to the 3rd Battalion 325th Infantry Brigade on any major deployment. During my assignment to the 82nd I worked with several radio types and became a specialist with the TACSAT URC84 radio a new innovation at the time for tactical satellite communication. In addition to my squad duties, I was also involved in the development and implementation of a drivers education training program within the signal battalion and served in that post until I was later re-assigned to final posting as a U.S. Army Recruiter. I worked the metropolitan north west Chicago area. I was charged with recruitment, development and enlisting of new prospects for the United States Army. I left the service in 1988 to pursue other interests.
