Analyzing architectural designs and plans, researching and inquiring about different materialsdepending on the location of the hotel, preparing building models and structure plans, speaking tolocals and community members to gain insight, creative direction for the new hotels, undertakingregular site visits and inspections, presenting project briefs to clients, liaising with fellow architects,project managers, engineers, and surveyors, providing recommendations on conservationand sustainability issues, Drawing up reports and contracts, ability to lead project teams of varioussizes and see them through to completion, strong understanding of formal project managementmethodologies, experience as a construction project manager, IT project manager, able to completeprojects in a timely manner, experience overseeing a construction project.
