CurrentLeading Training stage for these verticals:- Food & Delivery Services in Colombia, Nicaragua and Peru (DoorDash, City Storage System).- marketing & data analyst (LinkedIn, Reporting Business Analytics)- Managed training and nesting stage for 2380 FTEs across 2022 with 86% graduations rates + 1204 FTEs for 2023 with 91% graduations rates. - Responsible for onboarding, training, continuous learning and financial performance of the New Hires, executing plans and follow-ups to accomplish corporate and clients goals.- Perform new strategies and innovate training journeys through gamification, self-paced trainings, mentoring supports and reducing the training stage saving $170 USD per teammate + increasing the productivity through progressive nesting.- Identify risks across the stages and seek for correcting solutions through innovation & standardization.- Lead and guide a team of 22 members (19 trainers + 4 Training Coordinators) across performance challenges, continuous improvement, growing opportunities developing their skills.-Extensive experience in effectively managing vendor relationships, fostering open communication, and consistently achieving goals.- Develop strategic follow-up with stakeholders (operations, Qa, HR, R&S) creating close relationships and corporate opportunities for constant improvement of the KPIs and client's growth.
