As Area Environmental Manager, Ms. Bretzmann was responsible for leadership and implementation of environmental programs and initiatives for eighteen (18) Aggregates Plants and Terminals, twenty-two (22) Ready-Mix Concrete Plants, and twenty-four (24) Stabilized Base Plants located in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. Ms. Bretzmann managed and coordinated environmental permitting and reporting activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations; implemented, monitored, and maintained environmental programs and facilitated corrective measures as necessary; provided guidance to management on regulatory compliance, permitting, training, auditing, community outreach, and environmental policy questions; and worked to position the company as a leader in sustainability. She is a Professional Engineer registered in Texas and Oklahoma with an active NCEES Record.

Consultant/Senior Consultant June 2000-June 2004 & January 2007 - May 2015Ms. Bretzmann served as a Senior Consultant in Trinity Consultants’ Dallas office, where she assisted clients with state and federal air quality permitting, quantifying of emissions, conducting regulatory applicability analyses, performing multimedia auditing, air dispersion modeling, stormwater and wastewater permitting, and developing Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures (SPCC) Plans and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP). In addition to preparing state and federal level New Source Review (NSR) and Title V permit applications, Ms. Bretzmann served as an instructor for Trinity’s Texas New Source Review and Title V courses.Ms. Bretzmann provided services to numerous industries including portland cement manufacturing, aggregate/non-metallic mineral mining and processing, metals mining and processing, asphalt production, petroleum refining, petroleum bulk marketing terminals, food preparation, electric generation, surface coating, semiconductor manufacturing, glass manufacturing, and others.She is a Professional Engineer registered in Texas and Oklahoma with an active NCEES Record.

As a Senior Environmental Engineer, Ms. Bretzmann was responsible for the multi-media environmental management of rock crushing plants and rail distribution operations in north Texas and southern Oklahoma including preparing air permit applications, air emissions inventories, Tier 2 and TRI reports, SPCC Plans, SWPPP, conducting SPCC and SWPPP training, and preparing Corps of Engineers (COE) permitting assessments, as well as performing multi-media environmental audits.
