Facilitate installations of product (appliances, doors, flooring, etc) between customer, installers and the store.

Cashed out customers with their purchases, processed returns, answered the phone, pulled product for internet orders. In the cash office I had to balance the tills and the safe.

As a mail room associate I organized the mail and packages on the receiving dock and in the mail room by building. I then distributed mail to the central mail rooms in each building and delivered packages to residents at their desks. At reception I operated the switchboard phone for incoming calls, signed guests into the building and called the employees they were there to meet.

Responsible for zoning and merchandising as well as helping customers find what they were looking for. I would also help cashier when they needed backup.
