Deploying contract management with the objective to support a profitable transition by influencing the client account strategy to enhance commercial performance of our contracts, including:• Separation/Divestiture Contract Management with enterprise IT and/or software negotiations (SaaS, off-the-shelf , ERP, modern systems). Including vendors such as: Oracle, SAP, AT&T, etc, providing support globally and regionally in the LATAM area. (+100 Contract renewals annually)• Digging through internal systems and on-line storage locations to gather complete pictures of supplier relationships in terms of agreements, amendments, orders and spend over time.• Interpreting / analyzing software licenses and service agreements, plus their associated SOWs, quotes, and PO's.• Advising IT executive stakeholders on “the sourcing perspective” for their planned changes and projects.• Drawing internal requirements, timelines, and budgets from internal stakeholders to plan negotiations, then drumming up consensus for those negotiation plans.• Executing negotiations plans with external vendor teams, leading compromise formation and driving to agreed outcomes and timelines.• Presenting on negotiation progress and outcomes to CxO-level stakeholders, building support for approval and execution of contracts.• Documenting progress into daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, including end-of-negotiations & wrap-up documentation.• Supervise, coach and manage fellow teammates.

Design and development of the enterprise-wide system to meet relevant requirements through the design of SOP’s and KPI’s, focused in the procurement and sales areas for several small and medium regional enterprises (+30 projects).

Leading all aspects of Honeywell’s PMT global commercial contracting activities, ensuring implementation of business strategies and company policies, including reduction of 40% in contract deviations and contract cycle times ( <2 days 1st review, <30 days 100% execution). Initiation of Licensing Project to get Royalties of present contracts.

Supervise IP Audits in collecting historical data, performing onsite audits, creating monetary valuation of findings, and led settlement negotiations ($2MM Monthly). Auditees included Supply Chain Licensees, Channel Partners, and Distributors across all Honeywell’s SBG’s

Determine compliance issues with license agreements, in financial and technical terms including royalties and IP usage. Perform on-site audits to licensees (12-15 per year), including activities like interviews, documentation, communication of results and follow up on corrective actions and negotiation of settlements ($500k Monthly).

Develop and execute supplier transfers for 2 manufacturing sites shutting down in the US and line the startup in Mexico. Development of a local supply base under world-class On Time Delivery, Quality, Cash and Deflation standards. Manage a $45MM spend in metal raw material and metallic components for GE's Small & Specialty Motors business. Lead the cash initiative across a $90MM spend.

Procurement of production material and outsourced component processing, development of material planning tools and processes to manage critical milestones in the supply chain, creation and issuance of demand forecasts for long lead-time items to suppliers. Place purchase orders, review and evaluation of bid proposals from vendors, maintain records of purchased items, development of productivity and cost-benefit practices, negotiation of prices and lead time for the EMEA and North America regions.
