An independent contractor offering on-site technical support to businesses in retail, finance, healthcare, restaurants, hospitality, SMB's and government organizations. As an onsite resource, develop great working relationships with the customers by handling their technical needs. My technical services included in new installations, break fixes, programming, testing & site surveys which coincided with servers, switches, routers, workstations, POS, printers, structure cabling, IP cameras, phone systems, and vendor network-specific hardware and software. In addition, worked on projects & service calls for client project managers as a team member and functioned as a self-starter independently as well as in lead roles. Provided recommendation support to client specifications request for their network infrastructure. Responsible for all aspects of administration requirements to pursue bidding for projects (RFQ), and inventory requirements (BOM). Imposed quality practical level of service in all assignments by following documented procedures, checklists, and project plans, and ensured all trouble tickets were appropriately closed with reports and images of the work performed.

Interface internally with the project management, field installations and sales team and externally with the wireless carrier and site customer. Created bills of materials, and/or changed customer purchase order records per RFQ’s for multiple wireless projects in SAP modules. Analyzed requirements to accurately reflect additions and modifications and provided accurate fulfillment to order and supply the customer requested project materials. Additional responsibilities included, performing DAS/cell site surveys and audits while collecting detailed installation specifications & RF results, financial budgeting, margin markups, scheduling for projects, creating and maintaining photo simulation drawings in support of construction closeout packages.

Installed, built, maintained, and supported VSAT, VoIP, and terrestrial data network communications systems for SPAWAR Europe provider of integrated technology services to governmental and defense clients in Iraq and Afghanistan. Served as an onsite resource for managing and troubleshooting over 20+ remote Morale Welfare Recreation (MWR) internet cafés in the field. Provided remote and onsite troubleshooting that Diagnosed issues in Microsoft Windows & Network Management applications.

Integrated, built, and supported voice and data communications systems as part of SPAWAR Internet Café contract providing support with internet access and VoIP telephone service. Maintained the ground terminal equipment, & LAN Communications Systems.

Delivered the build and installation of rack systems; supported digital voice and data networks. Installed network cables & wired electrical parts. Terminated several connector types on cables & performed sweep cable test to certify each one. Managed hardware inventory and created periodic status reports for senior leadership. Built and integrated several SCPC-compliant Data Path WAN accelerators that enhanced network performance.

Installed and supported VSAT, RF, WLAN/LAN, Video, and VoIP communications networks for a New Venture Development Engineering group. While engaged in testing & design to support RF hardware installation. Monitored NMS performance to preempt RF / network-related issues, relevant to the Research & Development configurations, testing, and evaluation of Lab equipment.
