Responsible for maintaining and growing support among the Chamber's top 100 members, including investments in membership, event sponsorship, and programs in community advancement, young professionals, business services and government relations.Facilitated the development of a new three-year strategic plan in partnership with the staff team and Board of Directors. Responsible for researching and launching two new non-dues revenue streams, including a health insurance program and an online certificate processing system for exporters. Established partnership between young professionals affiliate and charitable foundation to award placemaking grants to young professionals. Directed messaging and fundraising efforts relating to the Chamber's Centennial anniversary in 2017. The campaign funded a renovation of the Chamber headquarters and start-up efforts for new programs.

Provided project management and support for business services and government relations events, programs and committees, including the Annual Chamber Golf Classic, Washington DC Fly-In, Exposure B2B Trade Show, Legislative Forums and Receptions, and various networking events.

Provided staff support and management for volunteer committees to develop events and programs that showcase Wichita as a premier destination for young talent to live, work and play.

Provided prospect research, administrative support and reporting for campaign team that exceeded $9 million fundraising goal. Conducted in-person meetings with business leaders to present a case of support and investment proposals.

Advised undergraduate and graduate students regarding enrollment and degree completion, including identifying educational goals, transfer of previous college credits, financial aid, and identifying students’ potential barriers to enrollment and initiate steps to find resolution.

Consulted with 15 nonprofit clients to develop and implement long-term, sustainable direct mail campaigns. Developed fundraising goals, messaging, branding and wrote newsletter and solicitation articles.
